    Equipment technical description

     

    A coil support group


    The unwinding bracket can withstand 300kg of coil material, and automatically push sheet material to reduce the load of chain pulling sheet, and more easily give the precision of sheet feeding

    1. Material of chain rail;


    By imported high hardness and wear-resistant aviation aluminum precision machining, the track is set up a cooling channel, effectively protect the temperature of the track is too high, the track surface has oxidation treatment, long-term use has no corrosion oxidation effect, low friction coefficient, long service life, conveying chain has flexible operation in the track activity.


    2, conveyor sheet track adjustment structure;


    The width and narrowness of the track are adjusted by the principle of the screw, and the motor is driven to quickly adjust the width of the two groups of chain track. The signal input is detected by the high-precision measuring tape. The digital motor that needs to be adjusted automatically runs without manual adjustment, and the accurate accuracy is less than 1mm, which is very convenient and fast.


    3, the way of transportation;


    Servo motor can control the moving length of the chain with high precision, and has the function of quick start and stop. It can pull the chain with high torque instantaneously, and it is equipped with high precision reducer to effectively improve the life of the motor.
