BOPS plastic thermoforming machine adopts the latest international plastic thermoforming technology to develop a high-efficiency and fully automatic plastic pressure thermoforming equipment, that is, heating forming, slicing, and rolling are completed at one time. The general product cycle cycle is 3-5 seconds. Suitable for processing BOPS, PVC, HIPS, PET, PS and other plastic sheets. The BOPS plastic air pressure thermoforming machine adopts a machine-electricity-pneumatic integrated design and is controlled by a microcomputer (PLC), with three operating functions: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic.
In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment for long-term continuous operation, the pneumatic components used in the equipment are all products from several famous companies in Japan and Germany.
The heating plate is made of Swiss high-quality alloy steel, processed by a special quenching process, and the Rockwell hardness can reach 63 degrees, which can be used permanently.
The automatic design preheating function shortens the auxiliary time by about 1 hour and can increase the production efficiency by about 12%.

Application range: It is mainly suitable for the molding of plastic sheets such as BOPS, HIPS, PS, PVC, PET, and the production of packaging products such as boxes, dishes, trays, bowls, and lids. Such as: food boxes, cake boxes, fast food boxes, pastry trays, supermarket trays, medical injection trays, oral liquid trays, etc.
