Cup stacking machine is an auxiliary stacking device used by plastic cup making machine (disposable plastic cup machine), also known as cup sorting machine or cup picking machine. It can use the structure of the cup to automatically invade the cups produced by the cup-making machine, and the efficiency is much higher than manual operation, while ensuring cleanliness.

The structure and function of the stacking machine

The main components are conveyor belts, pulleys, motors, frequency converters, and blowers.

Conveyor belt: There is a gap between multiple belts as the transmission channel of the cup, and the distance between adjacent belts is less than the diameter of the cup mouth.

Pulley: Control the distance between adjacent belts to adapt to different cup shapes.

Motor: body power unit.

Inverter: Adjust the transmission speed of the whole machine to match the production rate of the cup making machine.

Blower: There is an air outlet in the middle of the fuselage, which can blow the unqualified products and the cups not in the transmission channel to the bottom of the fuselage and the rear of the fuselage respectively.

The working principle of the stacking machine

Align the tail of the cup stacking machine with the outlet of the cup making machine. Part of the finished cup just falls in the transmission channel, and the cup is hung upright between two adjacent belts. Through the inclined upward conveying belt to the middle of the fuselage, the cup not in the conveying channel is blown back to the tail of the machine by the air discharged from the blower until it is placed in the conveying channel. The cup enters the head of the fuselage and automatically dumps and telescopes.
