Overview
The one-step blister molding machine produced by our factory is developed by our factory after many years of production and practical experience. Its main feature is that it eliminates the "pull tab" that is the intermediate link in the production of blister products. It is directly formed by plastic particles and the leftover material can be used directly, which means that the power consumption of reheating after the pull tab is saved. It also has a feature: the thickness of the product can be adjusted at will and it is easy to control the thickness of the product. It is suitable for the production of PP blister packaging for tofu boxes, jelly cups, fast food boxes, bowls, trays and other food packaging.
